- Dispatch and delivery delays:
With a nation-wide lockdown, dispatches would re-start from 15th April. All your existing and future orders are safe and logged in our systems. There would be no impact on them, except for the dispatch delay.
Some dispatched Orders may also face delays due to restrictions in your regions. We request you to kindly give our logistics partners some flexibility as they try hard to get your orders delivered the moment situation normalises.
- Cash On delivery (COD):
Even after normal resumption of business, for better health and safety, we encourage you to use Prepaid mode for ordering. In case you wish to change your existing COD order to Prepaid please email to our customer care (email@example.com).
- Returns pickups:
As there are restrictions pan India return pickups are not possible till 15th April. However, rest assured that your returns would be picked up when the restrictions are lifted. All orders marked for return would be valid for refunds even if pickup is delayed.
- Customer support:
Our customer support team is fully active via remote working from home and you can connect with them via email and chat for any concerns and queries.
Lastly and most importantly, our hearts go out to everyone affected by COVID-19 in our community. It is our appeal that you allow time for the dispatches and deliveries, and not cancel the orders due to this delay. Our team of small karigars and artisans, including many women, have worked really hard to get your products ready. And your support with continuation of your orders would greatly reduce the economic impact of COVID19 on them. They are counting on us and you.
