We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our returns policy:
1. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order. Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order.
2. In case you receive a damaged product (a highly unlikely event), please email us the photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving the same. Your email should also contain the order number. Address your email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall then arrange for an exchange / refund.
3. In case you do not like a product or size fit, you can request for a return within 7 days of product delivery. Requests for return must be sent to email@example.com mentioning the order details. The Rustorange team must receive and approve the request, post which we shall arrange for a return pick up.
4. After the request is approved, you could choose to seek a full refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at Rustorange) or refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account.
5. Refund via your original credit / debit card or bank account shall be initiated after receiving back the product. And the credit shall be done within 7 days of the same. In case you choose store credits as a mode of refund, the same shall be issued within 48 hours of the logistics partner confirming us about a successful pick up.
6. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.
7. The returns are subject to Rustorange team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare you, as we are pretty accommodating!
