We hope you love our products always, and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our returns policy:

Domestic orders

1. All products can be returned / exchanged within 7 days of product delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and with all tags intact.

2. Returns can be requested by emailing us at support@rustorange.com with your order details.

3. We have free reverse pick up option available at most pincodes. However, in case the pincode is not serviceable by our logistics partners due to any reason, we may ask you to courier us back the product and share the tracking slip with us. The charges for return in this case would not be reimbursed.

4. You could choose to seek a full refund in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at Rustorange) or refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account.

5. Refund via your original credit / debit card or bank account shall be initiated after receiving back the product. And the credit shall be done within 7 days of the same. In case you choose store credits as a mode of refund, the same shall be issued within 48 hours of the logistics partner confirming us about a successful pick up. Store Credits have a validity period of 6 months.

6. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.

7. COD collection charges, if any applied on your order, are non-refundable.

International orders

1. Returns are not possible in case of International orders. Cancellations are possible till the order is not shipped. Once the order status changes to shipped, cancellations cannot be done.

2. In case of you receiving any product with manufacturing defect, kindly notify us at support@rustorange.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we shall arrange for an exchange (or refund if exchange is not possible). As we do not have international return pickup option available, you would have to ship the product back to us on your own. 3. Please note that for above point, colour mismatch is not considered as a manufacturing defect. Post 48 hours we would not be able to assist further on this. Please ensure that the product is unused and with all tags intact.
